Shipping Update (October 16th, 2025)
We’re excited to share that our US warehouse is fully operational and fulfilling all US orders directly! This means faster, more efficient shipping and an even better experience for you.
US Orders: All US orders ship from our US warehouse for quick, hassle-free delivery. Lil Helper has already paid all duties and tariffs, and if anything comes up, we’ll cover the cost—no surprises!
Orders to Canada and International (Non-US Destinations): These orders are shipping as usual from our Canada Warehouse.
P.O. Box Deliveries in Canada:
We’re unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes in Canada at this time. To ensure your order arrives without delays or issues, please provide a physical street address at checkout.
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get a shipping notification once your order is on its way—please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.
