These are used in my house for periodic bouts of sleep incontinence. They are a literal lifesaver. My only issue with them was that with someone who tosses and turns a lot at night, sometimes they end up only halfway in the right place when needed. So, I upgraded to the XL, but I am still grateful to have these in the drawer on nights when the XL has come in handy already and/or both the XLs are in the wash.
Also, when going on vacation and packing space is tight, these take up less space in the luggage. Did one trip and had to go back to disposable pads (no laundry/space) and ugh. Noisy, sweaty, uncomfortable and they didn't even get wet.
I’m SOO glad I bought this! The quality is amazing and worth every dollar!! And my toddler loves the pattern. He didn’t want to take it off the first day I gave it to him. And I got a matching one for his baby bother.

Super high quality towel, and fast shipping from Lil Helper! A++++
The two sizes really give you everything you need to get started. The mini is perfect for small jobs - I use it over my pillow when I have to lay down with sopping wet hair and it keeps my bedding perfectly dry.
Even the og mat is so light, my sheets are heavier.
The waterproof backing is a sturdy but super flexible material. It's not crinkley at all. And the soft top means these are so, so comfortable.
For spicy time, my partner has tried really hard to make the towel attractive. To especially... Festive evenings, even the towel isn't enough. The og mat is so comfortable and soft and pulls moisture away while saving my sheets. No more feeling guilty about making him lay in the puddle!
They stitching is solid and both mats seem very durable and well made. Quality products!
I have me/VFS and so after a shower I have to lay down and rest. This means my wet hair makes my pillows damp, so I've gotten used to putting down a towel on top of them. It helped, but they would still get Damo and the towel would be uncomfortable in my super-sensitive skin, causing some slight nerve pain. The mini mat is perfect for this. The top fabric is so incredibly soft (no more nerve pain! Woo!) and the back is waterproof, so no more soggy pillows. I thought the waterproof side might be crinkly or tarp-like, but it's soft and stays in place. Pretty sure it's magic.
I used to use thong panty liners on the regular because I tend to have a fair amount of discharge. But they would always end up making me stinky because of the plastics lining. These are breathable and SO COMFORTABLE. It's easy to forget I'm wearing them. None have ended up in the toilet yet, but that's my only concern- that as some point I'll forget it's there until I'm mid-pee. They keep me feeling dry without the plasticy-sweat-stink. I also have unpredictable spotting and these have worked wonderfully for that. I used to use a little rolled up piece of toilet paper for those days. These are so, so, SO much better. I was worried that they might not stay in place but it's really a "set it and forget it" kinda thing. They rinse out like magic. Will absolutely be using these as a little extra peace of mind when I wear my menstrual cup.
I've been watching and loving Uncle Mo's clips on my facebook feed for some time, without thinking I needed anything. I just love the humourous way Mo explains things. I have a new girlfriend and after our first get together involving a pile of towels and still very wet bed, I knew I had to get one. We both feel SO much more comfortable with the XXL. I'm ordering a smaller one for travel so we can still enjoy discreet spicy time when away from home. Thanks Uncle Mo! And yes, you are getting many blessings from us to add to you being even more good looking.
So well made and soft. Everything I ordered is made to last and it shows. Very happy with my purchase.
These are fantastic and comfortable for me, having used them for mutiple rounds. Being a heavy bleeder, having the beads on the back help me feel more secure and it has been able to keep up with my heavy flow. They were also able to hold up to my very active and frantic lifestyle with a full range of movements. I am really grateful!
The mini Lifesaver mats are absurdly useful. We use them as on-the-go changing mats, mattress protection in the baby sleep carrier, and as a safety layer during naked baby time - because apparently we’re raising a tiny clothes-hating hippie...
They’re soft, waterproof, easy to place anywhere, and incredibly reliable. If excitement leads to an unexpected wee, the mat handles it calmly and efficiently, unlike the adults present.
They also dry quickly and easily when hang-dried indoors or outside. We've got two and it's practical for daily rotation without needing a tumble dryer.
Bonus point: while the larger mats can be very warm, the small ones are perfect for targeted use. My wife now uses a mini just under the chest area during breastfeeding in bed, which solved the overheating issue entirely and improved comfort and sleep.
Five stars, no hesitation. One of those items you end up using far more than you ever planned!
Bought mainly for the sofa and bed as a breastfeeding safety net, and when it’s actually used, it’s flawless. Milk, baby fluids, general chaos: all contained. Forgotten once or twice, sofa paid the price. Not the mat’s fault...
Material quality, stitching, and functionality are excellent. It’s robust without feeling stiff and does exactly what a waterproof mat should. We’ve also used it under the baby bathtub in the living room, and despite plenty of splashing, not a single drop made it through.
Drying time is very reasonable when hang-dried indoors or on the balcony, even in February.
One thing to note: the charcoal side runs quite warm. Cosy for some, too much for full-body contact for my wife. Easy workaround and not a dealbreaker.
Bottom line: genuinely high-quality and incredibly useful. It saves furniture, extra wash cycles, and sanity. Just remember to actually put it down! :)
