  1. Pre-wash or pre-rinse cycle with line 1 of detergent. This removes most of the pee.
  2. Heavy-Duty wash (longest cycle) on warm (max. 140 F/60 C) with recommended amount of detergent. Make sure you use enough detergent.
  3. Line dry when you can or tumble dry on medium.
  4. Use a reputable, commercially available detergent - Tide Original
  5. Do not use laundry soaps such as castile or coconut based soaps and detergents with fabric softener.
  6. Watch your favourite reality show. Light up a celebratory cigar with a glass of red and give yourself a pat on the back for choosing a reusable swim diaper. A cape is recommended but not necessary.

Super absorbent!

Used together, our inserts have 8 layers of absorption that can hold upwards of 180 ml of moisture and still feel dry. That makes these great for babies who are prone to rashes or don’t love feeling wet.

Mix and match

All of our inserts can be used interchangeably with one another and our covers. This means you can mix and match to find the perfect combo for your little water fountain.

No prep!

That’s right. You heard us. These inserts require no prep! Where other inserts need 5-10 washes to be able to hold your babies pee, these super soakers absorb straight out of the package!

Unless we’re talking cake, nothing good comes from being “moist”

Keeps baby’s bum feeling dry.

Charcoal is hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial. Paired with its wicking capabilities and stay dry effect on your baby’s delicate skin, the charcoal in our liners is great for both preventing and treating wetness-related rashes.

Not one has time to “pre-treat”.

No stains for you!

So in addition to being prep-free, these inserts are also stain-free. Their dark colour keeps them looking great no matter what unspeakable things your baby leaves on them. Now maybe you will have time to throw in a load of your own laundry instead of hiding that coffee stain with a cardigan… again.

Diaper changes on toddlers are like wrangling an alligator.

Your baby may not stay still, but our inserts will.

Both inserts attach to the diaper cover with snaps. Your kid can wriggle as much as he wants. Our liners won’t budge. No need to channel your inner Steve Irwin.

And when you are at the BBQ make sure you teach your baby how to pose next to the grill with their fluff butt. Here are some pointers to get you started.

Newbie Guide

Charcoal is hypoallergenic, naturally deodorizing, and anti-bacterial. Great for soothing a nasty diaper rash.

The charcoal cloth inserts can hold upwards of 180 ml of moisture and still feel dry. The ideal choice for an overnight diaper insert. No diaper rashes either.
Throw in with your diaper laundry. Hang to dry or dry on medium heat in the dryer.
The outer layers are a charcoal blend and there are 2 inner layers of super absorbent microfiber- both of which are 100% Polyester.
The main difference between our Charcoal and Bamboo inserts is the stay dry effect. Charcoal is stay-dry, whereas with bamboo you can feel the wetness.

The only other differences are that the Charcoal inserts take less time to dry and don’t show stains since the fabric is dark.

Bamboo is also more absorbent and due to the nature of the fabric, it is less likely to have compression leaks.

Both our Charcoal and Bamboo inserts do not need any prep and absorb right away. We just recommend washing new items once to get any warehouse dust off of them AND all of our inserts (and other products!) can be washed together, no need to do separate loads of laundry for different materials.

Great for diaper rash

We've only started using cloth diapers recently and got the charcoal inserts because baby had a bad diaper rash and we were nervous about completely naked time with no barriers haha. We use the charcoal liners to get as close to naked tummy time as we can instead now.

Work really well for red bums

We got these gifted to us. When our little man started to get a bit of a rash, we used these and within a day the beginnings of the rash were gone and our baby’s bum was peachy clean! Super absorbent as well!

When I compare the absorbency of these to other brands, these absorb more with less bulk. I also love their colour. I have found a little dryer time helps keep them soft.
