If you are not into doing laundry everyday, we would recommend getting at least 2 and preferably 3 packs. So if you plan on washing your diapers every 2 days then you need 2 Day Packs. You should ideally start with 2 day packs and if you think you need more diapers then we recommend you get an additional pack.
Now, sending your precious diapers in a giant metal tube that then soars over which an ocean can be slightly nerve-wracking. That's why we'll do everything in our power to make the process as easy as possible for you. As such, we've anticipated some questions you might have:
Q: How long will it take my diapers to get to me?
A: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days.
Q: Can I track my package?
A: Yes! Once your package is shipped out, we will give you a tracking number, and a link to where you can track it.
Q: Really? I can track it no matter which country it's going to?
A: Um... Well, sort of. Depending on which country you live in, you'll have access to full or partial tracking. You can go here to see which option your country has.
Q: Cool. I don't know what any of that means.
A: Heh, fair enough. 'Full' tracking means that your package will be scanned enroute and to the destination country and will include a final delivery scan upon delivery. 'Partial' tracking is the same, except it doesn't include a final delivery scan. You'll still receive a tracking number though.
And of course, all of this comes with the our legendary customer support where emails are answered within minutes and you always have the option to call in with questions.
Cloth diapering, like any new thing you try, has a learning curve but our diapers are designed to be intuitive mixed with our over-zealous customer service, you will never be in want of answers.
